Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Receives Top Honors at Inaugural Benchmark Litigation Awards South
Most nominations and awards of any firm only firm to receive nominations in more than one state
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP was prominently recognized March 8 at the inaugural Benchmark Litigation Awards South, receiving the most honors of any nominated firm. The firm received four awards:
- Case of the Year, Alabama (HealthSouth v. Scrushy and HealthSouth v. Ernst & Young)
- Litigation Firm of the Year, Alabama
- Case of the Year, Tennessee (American National Property and Casualty Co. v. Campbell Insurance Inc., Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. et al.)
- Litigator of the Year, Mississippi (Wayne Drinkwater)
In total, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings was nominated for nine Benchmark Litigation South awards across three offices, the most of any firm. It was also the only firm to receive nominations in more than one state.
