Top Trial Lawyer E. Todd Presnell Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings

Todd Presnell as a partner in the firm’s Nashville office. Previously chairman of the Litigation Department at Miller & Martin PLLC, Mr. Presnell represents major corporations, small businesses, tax-exempt organizations and individuals. He has served as lead counsel in federal and state courts nationwide.

Licensed as a trial lawyer in Tennessee and Georgia, Mr. Presnell has extensive courtroom experience that includes product liability cases in diverse industries; employment discrimination cases for entities ranging from multinational corporations to small, privately held companies; non-compete and non-solicitation agreements disputes; claims brought under state and federal securities laws; trade secrets litigation; contract and other types of disputes involving health care companies; fiduciary duty disputes involving corporate directors and officers; trust-related litigation; and business tort claims.

Mr. Presnell is also experienced in the area of evidentiary privileges and provides in-house legal departments with audit-related and training services pertaining to creating and implementing document-retention policies and procedures.

Mr. Presnell currently serves as Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Alumni Association and on the Board of the Memphis Law Alumni Association. He also is a member of the Law Institute of the Defense Research Institute. Mid-South SuperLawyers named him to Top 100 Tennessee Lawyers earlier this year. He earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and a B.S. from the University of Tennessee.
