Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorneys Contribute to Defense Research Industry Book on Product Liability Law
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP attorneys have contributed significantly to an upcoming book from the Defense Research Institute (DRI) titled “The DRI Product Liability Compendium: Warnings, Instructions, and Recalls.”
Birmingham partner John D. Watson and associate Ellen S. Presley authored the Alabama chapter, while Nashville partner Todd Presnell wrote the section covering Tennessee. Jackson office partners Stephen L. Thomas and Mary Clay Morgan served as authors for the Mississippi chapter.
Montgomery partner Charles “Chuck” Stewart currently serves as chair of the DRI Product Liability Committee.
