Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Continues Strategic Growth of Health Care Practice, Jackson Office with Addition of Counsel T. Richard Roberson, Jr.

Roberson is 16th health care attorney to join firm in 10 months; Jackson office offers more than 25 attorneys across full range of practices

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce health care attorney T. Richard Roberson, Jr. has joined as counsel in the firm’s Jackson office. Mr. Roberson comes to the firm after serving as Special Assistant to the Executive Director/Chief of Staff/Deputy Administrator, in the Office of the Governor, Division of Medicaid for the State of Mississippi.

Mr. Roberson is the 16th attorney to join the Health Care Practice at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in the past 10 months. In January, the firm added nine members to the group in Birmingham. Others joining in the past nine months include Amy Leopard in Nashville, Dinetia Newman in Jackson, and Leigh Anne Hodge in Birmingham. Mr. Roberson is also a strategic addition to the firm’s Jackson office, which has grown to more than 25 attorneys offering a full range of legal services.

Roberson will focus his practice on representing clients in the health care industry on issues related to reimbursement, licensure, regulatory matters and government relations. He has broad policy experience as well as deep knowledge of health care reimbursement and regulatory issues, which will make him an asset to the firm’s clients.

Mr. Roberson holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.A. from Baylor University.
