Top National Ranking Determined Through Corporate Counsel Survey

Firm News

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2013, a national ranking of top law firms for client service as determined through a survey of corporate counsel. According to BTI, the firm’s placement on the list means that it "delivers better client service than over half of the law firms serving the world's largest clients."

BTI Client Service A-Team law firms for 2013 were selected through one-on-one interviews with more than 240 corporate counsel at top companies, more than half of which are Global 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Participants represent a wide range of industries including banking, chemicals, energy, financial services, high tech, insurance, investment banks, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation. The fact-based, comprehensive analysis also draws from more than 3,400 interviews conducted over the last 12 years.

“Outstanding client service is one of the hallmarks of our firm and we are very proud to earn this distinction and ranking from the BTI Client Service A-Team,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “We greatly value the opinions of our clients regarding the services we provide.”

The BTI Client Service A-Team survey responses determined how more than 332 law firms performed at activities that drive superior client relationships. Activity categories include client focus, understanding the client’s business, providing value for the dollar, legal skills, breadth of services, advising on business issues, innovative approach, and bringing together national resources. The research is independent and unbiased, and law firms cannot influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names.

The research and report are developed by BTI Consulting Group, which is a leading provider of market research for professional services firms. The organization’s 12th annual report, The BTI Client Service A-Team 2013: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, is available at
