According to BTI, the firm’s placement on the list means that it "delivers better client service than over half of the law firms serving the world's largest clients."
BTI Client Service A-Team law firms for 2013 were selected through one-on-one interviews with more than 240 corporate counsel at top companies, more than half of which are Global 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Participants represent a wide range of industries including banking, chemicals, energy, financial services, high tech, insurance, investment banks, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation. The fact-based, comprehensive analysis also draws from more than 3,400 interviews conducted over the last 12 years.

The BTI Client Service A-Team survey responses determined how more than 332 law firms performed at activities that drive superior client relationships. The research is independent and unbiased, and law firms cannot influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names.
