Two Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorneys Elected to Leadership Positions with the Birmingham Bar Association’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s Birmingham attorneys will serve in leadership positions with the Birmingham Bar Association’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section for the 2013 term.

Jenny Harris Henderson will serve as section Chair and James Blake Bailey will serve a second term on the section’s Executive Board. Henderson and Bailey are associates at the firm and members of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Distressed Investing Practice Group.

“We congratulate Jenny and James on their elections to these leadership positions and commend them for their contribution to the legal profession,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier.

The Birmingham Bar Association’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section provides its members with opportunities to communicate about bankruptcy and commercial litigation topics, as well as avenues for social interaction and continuing legal education. The section also engages in pro bono activities, facilitates communication with the state and federal judiciary, and offers philanthropic services throughout the community.
