Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been named “Firm of the Year” for both Alabama and Mississippi in the inaugural U.S. Benchmark Annual Awards. It was also named the top firm in the South for its appellate and general commercial litigation practices. Winners were honored at an awards ceremony today in New York City.

In addition to receiving multiple top honors, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings was nominated as the Tennessee “Firm of the Year” and for “Regional Impact Case of the Year,” and was on the short list of nominees for insurance and securities in the South.

“It is a great honor to be recognized among the top litigation law firms in the country,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “We congratulate our litigators on this achievement.”

The Benchmark Awards recognize firms at the state, regional and national level. Regional awards honor work in 10 practice areas by firms organized geographically into Midwest, Northeast, South and West. The short lists and award winners were determined through research and peer reviews conducted for the 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation, as well as a supplementary questionnaire submitted in fall 2012. Published by Euromoney Legal Media Group, Benchmark Litigation is the annual guide to the leading U.S. litigation firms and lawyers and the only publication that focuses exclusively on litigation in the United States.
