David Taylor Elected President of Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel

David Taylor, a partner in the Nashville office, has been elected President of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel (TACC) for 2013. TACC is a not-for-profit professional association that serves the needs of Tennessee attorneys with practices related to the construction industry. The Association is comprised of attorneys from across the state with law practices serving contractors, building material and equipment suppliers, architects, engineers, and building owners and developers.
