Anne Yuengert Comments on High Court's Oxford Ruling

Anne Yuengert, a partner in the Birmingham office, is quoted in the Law360 article, "High Court's Oxford Ruling May Devastate Class Arbitration."  She comments on the Oxford ruling making class arbitration less likely.  If an arbitration agreement does not contain a clause about class arbitration, it cannot be pursued.
