Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Dylan Black Receives ABA Outstanding Subcommittee Chair Award

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner Dylan C. Black has been given an Outstanding Subcommittee Chair Award from the ABA Section of Litigation. The award recognizes Mr. Black’s work as Chair of the 50-State Survey Subcommittee of the Professional Liability Litigation Committee, particularly his involvement as co-editor of “The Law of Lawyers’ Liability,” a 50-state survey of the law of legal malpractice. He will receive his award on April 25 during the 2013 ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference in Chicago.

“This award recognizes Dylan’s hard work and dedication to giving back to the practice of law,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “We congratulate him on this achievement.”

Mr. Black leads the Professional Liability Practice Team at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. He has defended public accounting and auditing firms, outside directors, audit committee members, and lawyers in a variety of cases. Mr. Black holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. (cum laude) from Harvard University.
