Bradley Assists Clients in Obtaining $55 Million in Tax Credits

Paul Compton, Atkins Roberts, Chris Wiginton, Colin Moorhouse, Harry Ollinger, Chandler Combest and Virginia McKibbens in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Group at Bradley were recently instrumental in assisting our clients throughout Alabama in receiving more than $55 million dollars over 10 years in low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) from the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) during its 2013 LIHTC Allocations. Bradley's clients were selected to receive these tax credits for affordable housing projects to be constructed throughout the State of Alabama from numerous competitive applications with the AHFA.
