Two Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorneys Named 'Life Sciences Stars’ by LMG Life Sciences

He currently acts as national coordinating and trial counsel and serves numerous clients as a national team member in ongoing mass tort and multi-district litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Haston has represented clients in more than thirty states in the U.S. as well as counseled clients on legal matters in Europe and Asia.
Mr. Newsom is chair of the firm’s Appellate Litigation Group. In addition to serving on the Life Sciences Industry Team, Mr. Newsom has handled cases involving, among other areas, general commercial law, tort law, environmental law, securities law, election law, civil-rights and constitutional law, admiralty law, telecommunications law, immigration law, and criminal law. He is one of four Bradley Arant Boult Cummings lawyers to have clerked at the United States Supreme Court.
