Attorney Brad Robertson Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Birmingham

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Brad Robertson has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as an associate. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense; Internal Investigations; and Corporate Compliance practice groups.

Mr. Robertson focuses his practice on representing clients through government investigations and litigation matters, with a special emphasis on suits brought under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute or FIRREA, and suits otherwise alleging health care fraud and abuse, complex consumer fraud, or antitrust violations. His clients have included individuals and Fortune 100 companies, among them pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, institutional health care providers, physician practices, government contractors, and financial institutions. Mr. Robertson previously was with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.

Mr. Robertson earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. He also has a B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
