Howard has been named the Association of Life Insurance Counsel (ALIC) Delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates. The ABA House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the ABA. Mr. Howard will serve a two-year term beginning August 14, at the close of this month’s ABA Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Howard defends insurance companies in a variety of matters, including fraud, agent disputes, bad faith actions, coverage disputes, breach of contract actions, and class actions. He is an active member of ALIC and a frequent speaker on insurance topics. Mr. Howard holds a J.D. (summa cum laude) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Alabama.
