Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Gary L. Howard Named to ABA House of Delegates

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that partner Gary L. Howard has been named the Association of Life Insurance Counsel (ALIC) Delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates. The ABA House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the ABA. Mr. Howard will serve a two-year term beginning August 14, at the close of this month’s ABA Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Howard defends insurance companies in a variety of matters, including fraud, agent disputes, bad faith actions, coverage disputes, breach of contract actions, and class actions. He is an active member of ALIC and a frequent speaker on insurance topics. Mr. Howard holds a J.D. (summa cum laude) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Alabama.
