David Joffe Quoted Regarding Fair Labor Standards Act

David Joffe, partner in the Nashville office, was quoted in The Nashville Ledger regarding the Affordable Care Act and the impending October 1 deadline for the Exchange notice. Although the Department of Labor says there is not a penalty for failing to provide the notice, Joffe suggests that employers comply.
