Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as a leader in client service in The BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service A-Team 2014. The survey ranked the firm 53rd among 650 law firms that serve large companies, a significant jump up in the list from previous years. This year, only the top 336 firms earned BTI’s designation as providing “superior client service.”

BTI Client Service A-Team rankings were determined through interviews with nearly 300 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies who were asked to identify the law firms they feel deliver the best client service. Firms were evaluated on 17 client service activities that drive superior client relationships and are considered to be most important and influential to corporate counsel. These activities include client focus, understanding the client’s business, providing value, legal skills, breadth of services, and quality products. The research is independent and unbiased, and law firms cannot influence the results, submit nominations, or provide client names.
