Firm News, Accolade

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that North Carolina Super Lawyers has selected four of the firm’s Charlotte attorneys as among the state’s leading lawyers for 2014.

Robert A. Cox, Jr. (Bankruptcy), was named a North Carolina Super Lawyer for 2014. In addition, Joycelyn J. Eason (Business Litigation), Nader S. Raja (General Litigation), and Monica L. Wilson (Construction Litigation) were named 2014 North Carolina Rising Stars.

“We are gratified to be recognized so prominently again by Super Lawyers,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “We also congratulate all of the attorney honorees on their leadership and contributions to the success of our firm.”

Each year, Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers rates attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process involves independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. Only the top 5 percent of all attorneys in North Carolina are named Super Lawyers. Rising Stars must be 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 or fewer years. No more than 2.5 percent of a state’s lawyers are named Rising Stars.

North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine publishes the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists, which also appear in a supplement of the New York Times. In addition, Charlotte Magazine publishes a list of the state’s Super Lawyers.
