Health Care Attorney John M. Perry, Jr. Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a Partner in Birmingham
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that John M. Perry, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in the Health Care Practice Group. Perry is highly experienced advising not-for-profit health care providers. This marks a return to the firm for Perry, who began his legal career at the Birmingham office as an associate in 1997.

Perry has over 14 years experience advising and representing not-for-profit integrated health systems, health care providers, and physician practices. His health care work has involved Stark Law/Anti-Kickback compliance, Joint Commission and CMS regulatory compliance, physician and other provider contracting, physician practice integration, clinical and non-clinical policy and procedure development, credentialing and medical staff matters, compliance with state licensure regulations, not-for-profit/tax/inurement issues, employment, and corporate governance. Perry also has extensive experience defending health care providers in medical malpractice actions.
Prior to joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, Perry was a partner with Edmunds & Williams, P.C., in Lynchburg, Virginia.
