Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner David G. Hymer Elected to American Board of Trial Advocates
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that partner David G. Hymer has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national association of trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the constitutional right to a civil jury trial.

ABOTA works to uphold the jury system by educating the American public about the history and value of the right to trial by jury.
Mr. Hymer has extensive experience handling and trying high-stakes lawsuits for a variety of corporate clients. He focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, which includes a significant plaintiff’s practice on behalf of corporate clients as well as a more traditional corporate defense practice. In addition to his trial work involving business and commercial disputes, Mr. Hymer has substantial courtroom trial experience in environmental, product liability, antitrust, and construction litigation. He has tried more than 30 cases to verdict during his career.
Mr. Hymer earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. He also has a B.S. from the University of Alabama.
