Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Roy D. Campbell, III, Named Mississippi Bar President-Elect
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that litigation partner Roy D. Campbell, III, has been named president-elect of the Mississippi Bar, effective June 2014.

A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Campbell has been lead counsel in more than 100 jury trials. With more than 38 years’ experience, he has litigated a variety of civil suits at the trial and appellate levels, including antitrust claims, commercial lease disputes, contract breaches, business torts, insurance coverage, and employment disputes. Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience defending product liability suits and a wide range of personal injury litigation, including environmental and toxic torts, medical malpractice, and premises liability suits. He has served as national trial counsel for a Fortune 100 company in mass tort litigation and handled the defense of suits throughout the Southeast and Midwest. He regularly consults with corporate managers and in-house lawyers in developing litigation strategies that are, at times, companywide, product-specific, and case-specific.
Mr. Campbell holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.A. from Davidson College.
