Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that partner Michael S. Denniston has been named to the International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers and Economists 2014, recognizing him as among the world’s leading competition lawyers.

Attorneys selected for the guide are experienced leaders in counseling or litigating matters involving merger control, the laws concerning cartels, and the abuse of dominance. Nominees were selected based on years of research and independent surveys of international clients and private practitioners conducted by the guide’s publisher, London-based Who’s Who Legal and its sister publication Global Competition Review. Who’s Who Legal identifies leading lawyers from more than 100 countries in 32 areas of business law.

Mr. Denniston focuses his practice on antitrust and competition law, as well as intellectual property matters. His antitrust practice encompasses litigation and advising work, as well as merger analysis and preparing transactions for premerger review pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. He recently has represented clients in several non-public investigations before the Federal Trade Commission.

Mr. Denniston holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
