Parker Griffin to Serve as Vice Chair of the Creditors’ Rights Subcommittee for the American Bar Association

Mr. Griffin has been appointed to serve a three-year term as Vice Chair of the Creditors’ Rights Subcommittee for the Commercial Finance Committee within the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. The Creditors' Rights Subcommittee provides a forum for discussion and presentation of cutting-edge legal issues of importance to creditors. The subcommittee selects and presents issues that are relevant to transactional, workout, and bankruptcy lawyers. The subcommittee’s next meeting will be held in San Francisco at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting on April 16-18, 2015.
