Continuing the growth of the Birmingham office, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sean C. Wagner has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Practice Group as an associate.

Mr. Wagner represents banks, consumer finance companies, and mortgage companies in civil litigation matters throughout the country in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a term clerk to the Honorable James H. Payne of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Mr. Wagner holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
