Mr. Dean is actively involved in individual and class-action lawsuits and disputes across the country, including Alabama and Florida, in which he represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers against a wide array of state and federal claims, including those arising out of the FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, and TILA.
Mr. Dean holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Florida.
