Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Welcomes Litigator Kate M. Kliebert to Charlotte Office

Continuing the growth of the Charlotte office, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kate M. Kliebert has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Practice Group as an associate.

“We welcome Kate to our firm and look forward to her contributions,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier.

Ms. Kliebert focuses her practice on representing financial institutions and mortgage servicing companies in a variety of litigation matters. Kate litigates cases involving the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well state law causes of action for fraud, breach of contract, and unfair trade practices.

Ms. Kliebert holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
