Sarah Clark Hannah Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in Nashville
Continuing the growth of the Nashville office, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Clark Hannah has joined the firm as a partner practicing in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group, and also handling transactional matters in the Health Care Practice Group. She was previously a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC in Nashville.
Ms. Hannah represents both public and private companies of all sizes and stages of development, from start-ups to multinational corporations. She provides a full range of corporate transactional support to clients in matters involving mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, securities and corporate finance, and franchise and distribution.

She is involved in many civic and charitable organizations, including being the Co-Founder and President of the Crescendo Club, a Sexual Assault Center Board Member, and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center Advance Nashville Women’s Entrepreneurship Chair. Ms. Hannah holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.B.A. ( summa cum laude) from Belmont University.
