Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorney Clarence Webster, III Rejoins Jackson Office
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Clarence Webster, III has rejoined the firm as Counsel in the Jackson office. He focuses his practice on commercial, employment, and financial services litigation.

Previously a partner with Forman Perry Watkins Krutz & Tardy LLP in Jackson, Mr. Webster has litigated a variety of matters in both federal and state trial courts in Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, West Virginia, Kentucky and Alabama. He has represented and advised a broad range of clients in cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, contract disputes, products liability, mass torts, commercial and residential real estate, fraud, legal malpractice and appellate litigation.
Mr. Webster earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and also holds a B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
