Jennifer F. Brinkley Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Huntsville
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer F. Brinkley has joined the firm’s Huntsville office as counsel and a member of the Construction and Procurement Practice Group and Government Contracts Practice Group. Previously, she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for defense contractor VENCORE (formerly QinetiQ North America) in Huntsville.
“We welcome Jennifer to the firm and know she will make a great addition to our Huntsville office,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “Her background and industry experience, particularly with government contracting and procurement, will be an asset to our clients.”
Ms. Brinkley has extensive experience advising defense companies, manufacturers, and others on government contracts and general corporate matters. Her areas of responsibility have included Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance, investigation and resolution of government investigations related to timekeeping and accounting matters, False Claims Act violation allegations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance, procurement, contracts management support and advice, litigation management, labor and employment, international business matters, and real estate.
