Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Defends Its Title as Huntsville’s “Brightest Company”
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has won the title of Huntsville’s “Brightest Company” for the second consecutive year in the 2015 Alabama’s Brightest Company Charitable Trivia Competition, hosted by Impact Alabama. Attorneys David Mixon, Scott Burnett Smith, Angela Holt, Tim Cummins, and Ben McArthur accepted $10,000 for the Huntsville office’s chosen charity, the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program (MCVLP).
“We had a terrific time flexing our trivia muscles, but it was most rewarding to give back to such a worthy organization as the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program,” said partner Ben McArthur, who serves on the MCVLP Board. The MCVLP program promotes equal access to justice through pro bono legal services to low income citizens in Madison County.
“MCVLP is honored to be the recipient of this donation which will help provide life changing legal help to those in need. We are thankful for BABC's continued financial support as well as their leadership and volunteer support,” said Margaret Day Baker, MCVLP Interim Director. “Acts such as these help elevate the entire legal profession while leveling the playing field to promote equal access to justice.”
