Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Attorney, Haydn Richards Jr. was recently quoted in Law360 regarding the new litigation in the wake of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s restructuring of the home closing process. Richards said the new standards change the closing process for a home sale not only for lenders but for all those involved, and on a shorter timeline than before.
