Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal Named Benchmark Litigation Top 250 Women in Litigation

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Benchmark Litigation has recognized firm partners Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal as among its Top 250 Women in Litigation for 2015. Ms. Holt was the sole attorney named to the Alabama list and Ms. Moskal was the sole attorney named to the Tennessee list.

Each year, the Benchmark Litigation Top 250 Women in Litigation honors the accomplishments of America’s leading female trial lawyers, featuring top litigators from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This year’s honorees were identified through targeted research completed during Benchmark’s review process from February through June 2015. Peer review and overall depth of the attorneys’ litigation careers were important elements during this research. Ms. Holt, who practices in the firm’s Huntsville, Ala., office, is one of four attorneys in the state on the list. According to Benchmark, Ms. Holt draws great commendation for her capabilities within the intellectual property, commercial and business and technology realms.

Ms. Holt’s practice is centered on litigation in the fields of intellectual property, commercial and business issues, and high-technology issues. She is a registered patent attorney, and her cases have involved patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, government contracting disputes (including bid protests), domain name disputes, breach of contract, employee disputes and restrictive covenants. She holds a JD (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and earned a BS from Auburn University.

Based in the firm’s Nashville, Tenn., office, Ms. Moskal regularly represents high-profile clients. Benchmark highlights some of her most notable matters and cases in their reporting.

Ms. Moskal has more than 25 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer handling business and commercial disputes. She has a particular focus in state and local tax litigation, appellate litigation, government contracts and bid protests, as well as significant experience with class action, contracts and business disputes, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal law matters. Ms. Moskal received her JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law and also has a BA from Indiana University.
