Three Bradley Arant Partners Recognized as Emerging Women Compliance Lawyers in this Month’s Issue of Mortgage Compliance Magazine

Bradley financial services litigation and compliance attorneys Heather C. Hutchings, Christy W. Hancock and A. Michelle Canter were included in Mortgage Compliance Magazine’s list of “Emerging Women Compliance Lawyers.” Ms. Hutchings counsels clients on consumer financial services laws and regulations affecting banks and other financial institutions, non-chartered mortgage lenders and servicers, consumer finance companies and mortgage brokers. Ms. Hancock’s practice is dedicated to financial services litigation and regulatory compliance and represents mortgage servicing and financial institution clients. As part of her national regulatory compliance practice, Ms. Canter offers operational counsel to depository institutions and state-licensed companies related to consumer financial laws.
