Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Welcomes Elizabeth Ferrell as Partner

Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Ferrell has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Ferrell will practice on Bradley Arant’s Construction and Procurement and Government Contracts practice groups.

Ms. Ferrell has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in every aspect of federal procurement law, including False Claims Act matters, claims, bid protests, and prime/subcontractor disputes. She has also developed a highly specialized practice in government cybersecurity compliance programs and incident response plans for government contractors.

Ms. Ferrell earned her B.A. (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina, where she was Order of the Coif in law school. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sol Blatt, Jr., United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, from 1982 - 1984. Most recently, Ms. Ferrell practiced at multinational law firm Dentons, where she served as a partner and was co-chair of the cross-practice Cybersecurity Team.
