Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Welcomes Hilary Blackwood
Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that Hilary S. Blackwood has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate.
Ms. Blackwood focuses her practice on complex commercial issues involving financial services litigation and compliance, antitrust investigations, environmental disputes, and administrative law matters. Her experience encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial fact investigation, discovery, removal, dispositive motions and appellate briefing, and trial preparation such as pretrial motions and memoranda, motion hearings, fact and expert witness preparation, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
Ms. Blackwood is actively involved in pro bono, civic, and charitable efforts. She earned her B.A. and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as an editor of the North Carolina Law Review and Pro Bono Board Alumni Outreach Coordinator. Directly before joining Bradley Arant, she served as a litigation associate at a leading Boston law firm and as an intern at Medical Legal Partnership in Boston. She is a member of the American Bar Association.
