Bradley Arant Attorney Troy Carnrite Earns NFLPA Certification
Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that Tampa associate Troy M. Carnrite has earned his certification as a registered contract advisor (agent) of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).

The NFLPA was established in 1956 to assure proper recognition and representation of players’ interests. NFLPA agents undergo a rigorous process in order to earn their certification, including a detailed application submission and background check, seminar attendance, and successful completion of a written examination.
Mr. Carnrite represents athletes and entertainers in a variety of matters, including team contracts and endorsement deals. Working alongside other Bradley Arant attorneys, Mr. Carnrite is able to give these clients a full service approach for practically any legal issue; this certification allows him to negotiate directly with NFL teams regarding player compensation. Mr. Carnrite's practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He has represented both public and private companies from a wide range of industries in all aspects of commercial transactions including mergers, stock and other equity sales, asset sales, restructurings, joint ventures, financing and private offerings.
Mr. Carnrite earned his J.D. from Georgetown University and his B.S. from Cornell University. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Straz Center Producers Group, and serves on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay Hillsborough County Leadership Council.
