Aron Beezley Quoted in Law360 Regarding Government Contracts Legislation and Regulations To Watch In 2016

Government Contracts attorney Aron Beezley was quoted in Law360 Government Contracts in regards to government contracts legislation and regulations to watch in 2016. One change many contractors should and will welcome is the Small Business Administration’s (SBA's) universal mentor-protege program.

The program will allow small businesses to team up with larger mentor companies in joint ventures while still remaining eligible for small business set-aside contracts, expanding on a limited existing mentor-protege program covering businesses involved in the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program.

"I think you're going to see increased participation in this program, and it's going to be something attorneys are going to be hearing a lot more about," said Beezley.
