"If they end up siding with Kingdomware it will be really interesting, because the Supreme Court will in effect be vindicating the [GAO], and that might ultimately have the effect of making the Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Circuit somewhat more deferential to GAO decisions in future," said Beezley. “That’s a particularly fascinating aspect of the suit.”
