Firm News, Accolade

Bradley is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner E. Mabry Rogers has been recognized as a 2016 BTI Client Service All-Star MVP for standing out “in the court of client service” in the realm of construction and procurement law.

“Mabry delivers truly exceptional service to his clients and we are thrilled to see his endeavors continue to earn recognition,” said Bradley’s Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Beau Grenier. “Mabry raises the client service bar with each new year. He exemplifies Bradley’s client-centric values and encourages his colleagues to do the same.”

This year marks Mr. Rogers’ third consecutive as a BTI Client Service All-Star and his second consecutive as an All-Star MVP. All-Star MVPs are those attorneys who have been recognized as BTI Client Service All-Stars for two or more consecutive years. Attorneys cannot self-nominate, nor can their firm nominate them. Client Service All-Stars must be identified exclusively by corporate counsel for their ability to deliver superior client service. BTI identifies the following traits as those common among their All-Stars: superior client focus, innovative thought leadership, unmatched business understanding, legal skills, outsized value, and outstanding results. In total, 312 attorneys across the nation were named to BTI Consulting Group’s 2016 All-Star list.

“This award means a great deal to me, because I strive to consistently achieve and exceed client goals and expectations,” said Mr. Rogers.

Mr. Rogers represents a broad range of construction industry clients on complex construction litigation and procurement matters all over the world. He frequently serves as an arbitrator and has mediated (as a party representative) dozens of disputes before mediators in states throughout the nation. He holds a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School and a B.A. (cum laude) from Yale University.

BTI’s goal each year is to be objective and transparent in its rankings. The All-Stars report is a data-driven ranking based solely on in-depth telephone interviews with leading legal decision-makers.
