Bradley Arant Partner R. Thomas Warburton Named to BBJ Top 40 Under 40 for 2016

Thomas Warburton has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2016 “Top 40 Under 40,” which recognizes Birmingham’s up-and-coming business leaders. This year’s honorees join a distinguished group of past winners who have become leaders in the Magic City’s business community.

Warburton has appeared in state and federal courts across the country, and has tried antitrust, business, construction, civil rights, insurance, mineral rights, negligence, product liability, land use, real property, tax, and wrongful termination cases to verdict or final judgment. He has significant arbitration experience as well as first chair trial experience in both state and federal court, and has been recognized by Alabama Super Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, and Birmingham Magazine.

A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Warburton earned his juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is an active member of state and local bar organizations and has been a member of multiple Birmingham Bar Association Committees. Warburton currently serves on the Alabama State Bar’s Judicial Liaison and Leadership Forum Selection Committees and the State Bar’s Leadership Forum Task Force.
