Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that that Robert D. James has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate in the Economic Development practice group.

“Rob is an incredibly bright young lawyer and we are so pleased to have him join Bradley Arant’s Nashville family,” said Bradley Arant Nashville Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “I look forward to watching him develop his practice at the firm, and know he will be a valuable asset to our economic development team and clients.”

Before joining Bradley Arant, Mr. James served as assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, Netherlands as part of a Yale Law School Fellowship. He simultaneously earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Yale, and also earned his M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and B.A. ( magna cum laude) from Yale College. Mr. James is the co-founder of Alliance Africa, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports community-based development groups in Africa.
