Bradley Arant partner Beth Ferrell was interviewed by PubKCyber in a new series on cybersecurity for the government contractor community. In the interview Ferrell discusses the defense contractors’ obligation to report cyber incidents within 72 hours, and some of the practical challenges that such rapid reporting entails.
