Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner Bradley W. Lard has received an inaugural JD Supra Readers’ Choice Award, which recognizes authors whose original articles earned the highest ranking visibility among C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media, and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2015.
Mr. Lard was named one of 10 winners in the Estate Planning category. He published a three-piece series that was particularly well read by JD Supra circulation. The articles in this series included:
- Intra-Family Loans: An Estate Planning Strategy in a Low-Interest-Rate Environment
- Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts: An Estate Planning Strategy
- Charitable Lead Annuity Trusts: An Estate Planning Strategy for a Low-Interest-Rate Environment
JD Supra editors identified 26 of the most timely, important industries and topics to review for their first annual Readers’ Choice Awards. In each category, JD Supra then recognized the 10 authors who consistently earned the highest readership and engagement within that category for all of 2015. In total, 200 authors were recognized. The complete book of JD Supra’s 2016 Readers’ Choice Award winners can be seen here.
