Bradley Arant’s AseraCare Team Featured in DRI’s The Voice

Bradley Arant attorneys and DRI members Jack Selden, Chris Christie, Kim Martin, Fritz Spainhour and Tiffany deGruy were featured in the The Voice for obtaining summary judgment in the AseraCare trial. The firm’s AseraCare team argued against the DOJ’s $200 million False Claims Act suit that targeted Medicare billing by the hospice provider.
