Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin C. Michael has joined the firm’s Nashville office as counsel on the Corporate and Securities and Construction and Procurement teams.

Mr. Michael represents owners, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, borrowers and lenders in connection with the procurement, development, financing and construction of various domestic and cross-border projects. He also represents clients on private offerings, revolving and term loan facilities, asset-backed facilities, letter of credit facilities and subscription facilities, as well as the refinancing and restructuring of existing financing arrangements. His work includes the development and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts, including credit agreements, indentures, underwriting, placement and note purchase agreements, concession agreements, design-build and EPC contracts, guaranties, security agreements, pledge agreements, inter-creditor agreements, deposit and security account control agreements, engagement, commitment and fee letters, option rights agreements, limited partnership and limited liability company agreements, side letters, amendments and waivers.
Mr. Michael also counsels clients regarding SEC corporate governance and compliance, annual and periodic reporting requirements, and compliance with existing contractual obligations. He has substantial experience with infrastructure assets and public-private partnerships.
Mr. Michael earned his J.D. from New York University and his B.A. from Washington University.
