Bradley attorney Erin Illman graduated from the Leadership Charlotte Program for emerging and existing leaders. Founded in 1978, Leadership Charlotte is focused on building community leaders through inclusive leadership development. Participants in the 10-month program have demonstrated leadership skills in the public, private or religious sector and have shown a motivation to contribute to the Charlotte community.
