Mark Hanley Elected American College Labor and Employment Fellow
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Mark A. Hanley has been elected as a fellow in the American College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. Fellows are considered distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement and excellence in the practice.

This is a significant and well deserved honor that reflects very well on both him and the firm.”
The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers is a non-profit professional organization established to honor leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of labor and employment law. Fellows are expected to set standards of professionalism and civility by sharing their experience and knowledge, and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary and the community at large.
Mr. Hanley has extensive experience litigating class action and single plaintiff suits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). He also handles whistleblower and retaliation claims. Mr. Hanley has mediated more than 2,000 employment disputes and spends significant time advising management clients on identifying potential legal issues and resolving day-to-day employment related matters. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in Labor & Employment Law.
