Bradley Expands Real Estate and Banking Capabilities with Addition of Kevin Gray
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin C. Gray has joined the firm’s Huntsville office as a partner on the Real Estate, Banking and Bankruptcy teams. Mr. Gray was previously with Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C., where he served as a shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring group.

Mr. Gray’s practice spans the Southeast and beyond. On the real estate side, he represents developers and owners in all facets of their work, from transactions to litigation. He has handled matters involving medical, office, hotel, government and retail projects, including the negotiation of purchase, sale and management agreements, leases, and agreements pertaining to mixed-use and condominium developments. On the finance side, Mr. Gray has represented lenders and borrowers in all types of complex financing transactions, and through his bankruptcy practice regularly represents creditors, distressed borrowers, committees and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, litigation and workout proceedings. He handles all aspects of the Chapter 11 process and is particularly knowledgeable in the realm of bankruptcy and distress issues as they pertain to government agencies, service providers and defense contractors.
Mr. Gray has been consecutively recognized in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and Alabama Super Lawyers. He earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law and his B.A. from David Lipscomb University. Mr. Gray is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Risk Managers’ Association, the Turnaround Managers’ Association and the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers. In addition to his professional commitments, Mr. Gray, a Huntsville native, is very involved in and around the community, serving with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Madison County and the Huntsville Madison County Library Foundation.
