Bradley attorney Brad Robertson was quoted in Law360 on the unprecedented increase in False Claims Act (FCA) cases in recent
years. One potential reason behind the U.S. Supreme Court’s increased attention to the anti-fraud law is the rising number of cases being filed, and the
growing amount of money the government is raking in.
“[The interest] may be rooted in the fact that the government is bringing in more and more money each year under the False Claims Act, which makes this an important area of the law both for the government and American businesses that are subject to the damages and penalties under the law,” said Robertson.
