Bradley Partner Bruce Ely Quoted in Bloomberg BNA on Alabama’s Proposed New Partnership Tax Return Rule Implications
State and Local Tax (SALT) attorney Bruce Ely was quoted in Bloomberg BNA on proposed new partnership tax return rules that could expand who is subject to Alabama tax requirements. “The regulation doesn't explicitly state that nonresident partners will automatically have nexus if the partnership or LLC has nexus, but I think it's implied,” Ely said.
