Bradley Chairman and Managing Partner Beau Grenier was interviewed by Ralph Baxter of Thomson Reuters’ Legal Executive Institute about how law firms can thrive amid the challenges of today’s legal marketplace.
“You have to have a good strategy – by that I mean you really have to have thought through where you’re going to focus your efforts. You have to think about where clients have the most need, and you have to run to those areas. But I really think just as important are the fundamentals of practicing law, because that’s where the real value comes from. It’s the quality of your lawyers… how they work together, what kind of attitude they have, what kind of motivation they have, what kind of pride they have in their institution,” Grenier explained.
The Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute brings together people from across the legal industry to ignite conversation and debate, make sense of the latest events and trends, and provide guidance about the opportunities and challenges that these changes present.
