“You have to have a good strategy – by that I mean you really have to have thought through where you’re going to focus your efforts. You have to think about where clients have the most need, and you have to run to those areas. But I really think just as important are the fundamentals of practicing law, because that’s where the real value comes from. It’s the quality of your lawyers… how they work together, what kind of attitude they have, what kind of motivation they have, what kind of pride they have in their institution,” Grenier explained.
